The Butterfly Inn PoliciesThe Butterfly Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days prior to your arrival date, 3 (three) days for business travelers to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel within the cancellation period, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from any refund no matter when the reservation is cancelled or changed, in order to cover expenses related to processing the transaction. All reservations are on a first come first-serve basis. The first night's charge is due upon making the reservation, and the balance is due upon arrival. Credit card information must be provided for the purpose of processing the reservation. A surcharge of $7.00 will be assessed each night for all rooms with double occupancy. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events. Check-in: 2:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Check-out: 11:00 AM. Absolutely No Smoking No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet. Special situations allow for children, please call to make arrangements. Handicapped Accessible
